Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid cohort seats and private workshop fees invoiced by Adaptergategrid. Free resources and informational website browsing are not refundable transactions.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund up to 14 days after payment is received, provided the live program has not started and downloadable premium packs have not been accessed.

Full and partial refunds

• Full refund — within the 14-day window before program start, with no material access.
• Partial refund (50%) — if you withdraw after the first live session but before the third session of a multi-week cohort, subject to seat resale feasibility.
• After the third session, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Adaptergategrid cancels the program.

Non-refundable items

Third-party software licenses, travel costs, and custom research add-ons marked non-refundable on your invoice remain outside this Policy. No-shows without prior notice are not refunded.

Refund process

Email contact@adaptergategrid.digital with your invoice number, full name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank timelines may vary. We do not offer store credit unless you request it in writing.

Cancellations by Adaptergategrid

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or force majeure events may qualify for alternative accommodations at our discretion. Consumer rights under Thai law that cannot be waived remain available.
